Are your prospective client's closing documents and foreclosing documents genuine or counterfeit?
If genuine, then they/you have no case. A good number of home loans are. Especially Credit Unions, small banks that hold the note in their vault until paid and then returned to borrower and some of the bigger banks that did the same thing by not securitizing the note (selling it).
If counterfeit, you/they likely have a good case. A good number of home loans are. Especially if "MERS" is involved - Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.. One complaint option in this case (there are several options) is a Quiet Title Only lawsuit.
